The security deposit covers minor damage; costs exceeding the deposit will be invoiced separately.
At collection, you will have opportunity to inspect the vehicle. Any existing damage will be documented. Please report any concerns before leaving our facility. You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear.
In case of breakdown or accident:
We provide 24-hour emergency contact for breakdowns during your rental period.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled collection receive full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows without cancellation notification may be charged the full rental amount.
We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to vehicle unavailability caused by accident, breakdown, or failure to return by previous renter. In such cases, we will offer alternative vehicles or provide full refund.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns without prior authorisation may be charged additional daily rates plus any costs incurred from disruption to subsequent bookings.
If you require an extension, contact us before the return time. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to refuel will result in charges for fuel plus an administration fee.
